I don’t know about you, but I love products that help people; and if you’ve ever been a parent to a newborn, then you know you need all the help you can get.
I came across The Ollie World on Instagram while I was pregnant with Graham and became extremely curious about the company. Their feed was filled with sleeping swaddled babies – a company that prided themselves on being the “Smarter Swaddle.” Truthfully, we’ve never really stuck with swaddling for very long. It’s kind of a pain, an arm or leg somehow ends up escaping, and of course baby always seems to poop as soon as you get them nice and snug. Then came The Ollie Swaddle.
What makes The Ollie Swaddle so unique?
Well, for starters, the fabric. The swaddle is made from moisture-wicking fabric that keeps your babe from overheating. It’s also insanely soft (like I would wear it if I could). It also only comes in one size. Because of the velcro pieces, which keep baby nice and snug inside, it is able to growth with your child. And the best part? It can open just from the bottom, so you don’t have to disrupt your baby and undo your perfect swaddle just to change their diaper!
What makes The Ollie Swaddle so special?
It’s story. The Ollie Swaddle was actually created by the foster parent of a little boy named Oliver. When Oliver came to stay with Hindi, he was underweight and struggling to eat and sleep. As a trained social worker with experience in infant mental health, Hindi knew that swaddling was the go to for making baby feel comforted and secure. However, she kept running in to issues with the swaddles she tried – nothing seemed to be working. And so her mission to help Oliver thrive resulted in the creation of The Ollie Swaddle! (You can read more about her story here.)
Where can you get The Ollie Swaddle?

So what are some baby products that you absolutely swear by? Feel free to share them in the comments below! Graham is still a bit “needy” during the day and likes to be held constantly. I’ve been thinking about getting a Rock ‘n Play, but haven’t decided to take the plunge. So if you have one and love it, please let me know!
Hope you all have a wonderful weekend! XO
